My favorite pop is Pepsi. Although, I can drink 7-up, Sprite, and Orange Soda. I prefer Pepsi though. I'm trying to cut back, but I will drink a whole bunch in a day. Maybe a two liter at a time. I just don't know. lol

How much water should someone drink in an average day? I know the recommended amount if 64 ounces in a day, but people who are exercising or overweight should drink more. I never could get an exact answer on that.
