Hi im wondering which martial arts should i learn.i dont want any killing move.i get pretty tired quickly so if there is a martial art that improve my indurance,awesome.TY
i am a lady of 40, and i went to my second class of Tai Kwon Do self defense with my 16 yr old daughter tonight!!wasn't sure last week but loved it this week! anyone else go to similar .... i got such a buzz will practice on hubby tomorrow...

who else agrees that martial arts are the best form of excercise?I find other exercise routines pointless for example:weightlifting and running\jogging put stress on the body and has no beneficial result,by this I mean when you stop weight lifting...
I think thqat kungfu is the best striking style, there are so many and the training is the most intensive I've seen. A normal day in my class I do over a thousand punches within an hour and a half's time. What do you think?
