sometimes, i cannot sleep early. i have lots of things that comes out in my mind unintentionally that makes me sleep late. i'm just wondering what are the things that you do to make you fell asleep as soon as you lie down on your bed.

I've asked doctors about this, and none of their suggestions have helped. I flat out refuse to rely on sleeping pills. I just can't get to sleep at night, and I'd like any suggestions that you all have for falling asleep faster.
